I've have also purchased these speakers before. Not quite as negative as the other review so far, but I still wasn't particularly pleased. I now have a Creative headset which is very nice, I suggest looking at a well respected company like creative, or indeed spending an extra 10 or so pounds as the quality difference will be noticeable. If you really only want a headset for use now and then, and you're not really looking for outstanding quality then you may still want to go for these, as they do the job and are quite cheap. They do feel a bit tacky and mine eventually broke but it really depends what you're looking for. Answer: If you're after a cheap and cheery headset choose these, otherwise look elsewhere.

If you are looking to buy a new headset you will most likely some across this while searching. But, in my opinion, it would not be a good buy. Although the headset is one of the cheapest in the market and it is rather good value for money, it is definately worth paying that little bit extra to get a better model.

The reason I am so negative towards this product is because, on recieving the headset it took me several hours to install due to the shabby instructions and my computer having different ports to the ones in the manual. After installation I found the mic would continously keep breaking. After several months later the mic had completely broke and the item was useless. Now, Logitech do offer a 1 year warranty free of charge, but to be perfectly honest I couldn't be bothered to go through all the hassle to get another that would break too.

Perhaps it was just unlucky I got a faulty mic and that my PC had been assembled badly. But I would advise people to buy a better model or different headset.

Protection or Precaution?
Norton, McAfee, AVG, Bitfinder. All these companies promise to protect your PC from any virus or hacker that may want to harm your computer. But do any of them actually work? Or is it just fleecing you of yet more money for nothing!?
