This webcam is great... if you have the money, because it is simply not worth it and there are better products on the market for this price. But, saying that, this webcam is fantastic and although it is probably not worth the money it still scores highly with us.
Its image is clear and not grey as you would find with most webcams, this is acting as more of a camera than a video recorder so for that reason if fast movements are made you may see some pixelation and the picture may not be 100% clear.
The unit fits directly on to the top of any laptop and is adjustable. It seems most webcam manufacturers are aiming their products at the laptop market and Logitech have jumped on this bandwagon. If you have a Desktop computer i recommend you look for a different webcam because there are better models for you and this probably wont fit anyway!
The best point about this webcam is the fact that it can digitally alter its colour levels and balance to give a perfectly lighted room even in darkened or dimmed rooms. This is not always perfect but it is certainly better than any other webcam you can find that tries to lighten dim rooms. A good buy for laptop owners.
