This is the first mobile iPod speaker system I have purchased and I am pretty happy with it. The sound quality is surprisingly good considering how small and inexpensive it is. However, if you turn the sound up high, it does get a bit fuzzy and distorted. The design is complementary to the design of iPods as well, so it looks pretty good. One of the primary features I was excited about when I bought this product was that it had a remote. Unfortunately, it only works if you are within a few feet of the boombox, about the same length as my arm... Other than the useless remote, I am happy with this product. If you're looking for iPod speakers for use in an area that it won't be a problem to have the volume set at a medium level and can reach it to switch songs, etc from where you are, I would definitely recommend this product. Can't beat the price.
