I love the way Nintendo are creating all new styles of play and introducing new, unique designs onto the market. The DS has 2 screens, one being touch sensitive.

The GameBoy has come a long way since its old black and white model and im glad that Nintendo are trying to push the limits of game developing with this new model. By far the best game out at the moment for the DS is the Brain Training Academy. This is great fun for someone of any age although the younger genertion may prefer to play less challenging games and more fun games.

Overall this new GameBoy is a great buy for anyone! Although the microphone could get quite embarrassing if your sat on the bus and suddenly shout "Scissors"! But a great laugh!

I've only used the DS once, but I had a real concern with it.

The DS has a pointer which can be used to interact with it by writing and drawing things. Nintendo did not however, take into account that around 10% of the worlds population are left handed. Think how you right a 4. Do you start from the right, go along, diagonally up and then down? Because thats how I, as a left-hander do it.

I was playing on one of the DSs' games, where it made you write answers to mathematical questions. When I wrote four in this method it didn't understand it. Just a little bit annoying that they haven't programmed it. Other than that it was quite fun. But get the PSP

The Nintendo DS is an excellent portable gaming platform. The clamshell design protects the two high-quality displays, the bottom one is with touch sensitivity, and the unit itself is well constructed. Backward compatibility with GBA cartridges is a plus.

The stereo simulated surround sound give the Nintendo DS the most immersive portable gaming experience around. It has a built-in wireless connectivity so you can play against or communicate with friends.

Protection or Precaution?
Norton, McAfee, AVG, Bitfinder. All these companies promise to protect your PC from any virus or hacker that may want to harm your computer. But do any of them actually work? Or is it just fleecing you of yet more money for nothing!?
