The Reviews
The Terratec Aureon is an external 5.1 sound card, enabling users without the capabilities of linking up 5 speakers to their computer, the ability to via a USB hub.
The sound card will set you back around 25 pound, and whether it's worth it or not is another question altogether. If you have a really nice system and it doesn't work, well then I suggest buying this item, as it will enable your system to boost up it's sound.
The thing is, the installation for me was a little dodgey, and the plug and play ability is hit or miss. Basically, don't take it in and out a lot!
Once in a while it'll make a 'poping' noise, which scared me at first. This isn't often but it doesn't sound too good, and you may get worried about your speakers.
To conclude, I recommend getting one if you'd rather not fork out another 20 quid or so to get in internal card.

Hi Guys! On Vista this won't actually work for me, because my control panel won't load and so I cannot correct the USB settings to work on 5.1 sound. Which it thoroughly annoying.
