The Reviews

Review by: Sir Richard
Personal Rating: 7/10
Date of Review: 10/07/2007

I got this keyboard for my birthday when I was 8 years old. It has four on-board speakers, two treble and two bass. It includes 100 Songs, 100 Voices and 100 Styles. Each Style has two settings, Main A & Main B which can be switched between through a fill button. The Songs include a section of popular music which includes 'Livin' La Vida Loca' and 'Virtual Insanity' as well as some more traditional tunes. The Styles include a wide range eg Rock & RandB. The voices contain a good range of instruments including strings, synthesizer and brass. Unforunatly the Keyboard only has Two Sound Efect voices and One Drum Kit on board. There is a DJ function which includes many cheesy annoying sounds such as record scratches and sterotypical 'gangsters' yelling 'YO!' and horny sounding ladies saying 'One More Time'. There is a 4 Button Sampler on board with 10 Different setups, most noteably 'Techno' and 'DJ Drums'. You can change the Grade the Talking and the Transpose and tuning, the acmp volume and the metronome volume. The metronome is exeedingly annoying, using clave and rimshot sounds to signify a bar and beats. One of the most useful functions is the "Tempo Tap" button which let's you tap a tempo into the keyboard without having to enter numbers. Overall this keyboard is useful for Piano players, schools (and 'mc gangsters :P)
