Buying Something Expensive From This Site? Don't do it!

Microdirect was brilliant when I first bought my MP3 player. The prices were competitive and I seemed to get a pretty good deal. Everything arrived fine and I was extremely happy.

Until my MP3 player broke. I emailed them, no reply. Again, no reply. 2 months it took for them to get a reply merely saying 'speak to the manufacturer' (paraphrased). Ultimately, if you want to buy something from this site, make it a small item which would be pointless to return, otherwise stay clear!

Protection or Precaution?
Norton, McAfee, AVG, Bitfinder. All these companies promise to protect your PC from any virus or hacker that may want to harm your computer. But do any of them actually work? Or is it just fleecing you of yet more money for nothing!?
